Embodied Being Retreats is launching Energy of the Elements Yoga and Meditation retreat for 2026!

Taking place at the beautiful Kawoq Forest retreat center in Guatemala, we will be gathering to connect through the elements and various embodied modalities. The retreat will run from January 31-February 7, 2026!
