Join Esme each week for Community Ecstatic Dance! Esme will be present at the dance, sharing the magic of Cacao to deepen your dance and embodiment experience. Ecstatic Dance is a place to free yourself, move your body, quiet your mind and connect deeply with your inner rhythm. Just music, movement and pure expression!

Cacao and Ecstatic Dance are a powerful combination because they both open the heart, deepen presence, and invite authentic expression. The Bend Ecstatic Dance community is welcoming to all and we look forward to seeing you there!

Join Esme for a monthly Women’s Cacao Full Moon Circle! Each month, we’ll gather as a group of women to reconnect, release, and realign under the energy of the full moon. Sip ceremonial cacao and journey inward through guided meditation, intuitive movement, journaling, and heartfelt connection in a sacred space. Together, we’ll reflect, share, and support each other in a circle of sisterhood!
